Why are human called the most important resource of production?

Humans are called the most important resource of production because development is mostly dependent on human resources which include human skill, technology, thinking, knowledge, and power that leads to a nation's power. Only human speciality can change that natural resource into a valuable resource. All resources are consumed by humans.
