Role : Associate or Senior Associate
Role Overview of Dell Technician : Responsible to provide technical support for desktops, Peripherals ( ex : printers, projectors, etc. ), software and portables via phone, emails, chat, social media, remote connection.
Role Responsibilities of Dell Technical Support Associate :
- Responsible for providing diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, performance and usage of assigned products or services.
- Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to the problem.
- Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
- Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting services.
- Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
- Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
Educational Qualification for appearing in interview for technical support role at Dell :
- Any graduates/ post graduates are eligible to apply with minimum 6 months of work experience.
- Any under graduate ( 10+2, 10+3 ) with 12 months international calling experience or 24 months domestic calling experience may apply (Mandatory).
Eligibility Criteria for applying for Dell Hyderabad technical support jobs :
