Role : Associate or Senior Associate

Role Overview of Dell Technical Support : The Technical Support Technician provides remote technical support expertise (via telephone, web or e-mail) in a complex information infrastructure environment with the need to integrate Dell Technology products and systems with other Dell Technology and non-Dell Technology computer systems being operated by customers.

Role Responsibilities of Dell Technical Support Job : 

• Responsible for solving basic problems for customers and attempts to resolve more complex issues.
• Able to prioritize daily activities based on complexity and escalates the issues to the next level.
• Solves moderately complex customer issues on any dell products or services.
• Provides opportunities for process improvements that contribute to the achievement of business metric goals.
• Partners with team members to obtain resolutions to complex technical issues.
• Solves problems consistently and completely with minimum supervision.
• Routes customers to appropriate support queue in need.

Educational Qualification for appearing in interview for technical support job at Dell :

• Any graduates are eligible to apply.
• Any under graduate ( 10+2, 10+3 ) with 12 months international calling experience or 24 months domestic calling experience may apply (Mandatory).

Eligibility Criteria for applying for Dell Gurgaon technical support jobs :
