4.Educational Qualification - B.Tech/B.C.A/B.E
Eligibility Criteria :
1.At least 1 year of experience in troubleshooting of technical skills.
2.Excellent verbal communication
3.Flexibility for service desk voice support
4.Basic technical skills
5.Excellent written communication skills with email etiquette
6.Good problem solving and analytical skills
7.Excellent customer service skills
8.Flexible to work in night shift ( Cabs will be provided )
