Ecdysterone acts as a naturally occurring phytochemical known for its ability to increase lean muscle mass. Derived from the herbs Rhaponticum/Leuzeaea and Cyanotis, Ecdysterone has also been pushed as a natural way to increase natural fat burning while simultaneously improving muscle endurance and workouts as a whole.
