Process : International Voice Process ( Banking )

Job Location : Chennai

Experience : Freshers and Experienced ( 2019 pass with Final semester results are eligible. )

Responsibilities of an International Banking Voice Process Associate :

• Handle Inbound/outbound calls from/to customers related to application processing.
• Welcome calls and activation calls to customers.
• Addressing the emails/chat / calls from customers.
• Flexible to work in 24/5 shift. Rotational Shift.

Eligibility Criteria for Preferred Candidate :

• Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
• Good typing speed ( 25-30 wpm )
• Should be able to work only in night shift if required.
• Any graduate or post graduate can apply.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
