Which is the smallest cell in Human Body?

There are many logics defined by biologists for the smallest cell found in human body. As per the various logics provided by biologists below points can be taken into considerations:

The Granule Cell in Cerebellum which is about 4 - 4.5 micrometer long is the smallest cell found in human body.

The size of RBC's i.e. Red Blood Cells, which is about 5 micrometer in length is also suggested as the smallest cell found in human body by many biologists.

Many biologists suggests that the Male Gametes, i.e. Sperm is the smallest cell found in human body which is about 4 micrometer in length.
