There are many logics defined by biologists for the smallest cell found in the human body. As per the various logics provided by biologists below points can be taken into considerations:
The Granule Cell in Cerebellum which is about 4 - 4.5 micrometer long is the smallest cell found in the human body.
The size of RBC's i.e. Red Blood Cells, which is about 5 micrometers in length is also suggested as the smallest cell found in the human body by many biologists.
Many biologists suggest that the Male Gametes, i.e. Sperm is the smallest cell found in the human body which is about 4 micrometer in length.
